FNB Reversal of Demand deposit
Well nothing personally against FNB themselves, I feel they are doing an Excellent job...
However, I cannot reverse unauthorized debit order transactions on a contract that I cancelled in October.
They deducted R1188.31 of my account and I have nothing to do with them, so i would want a reversal of this "demand deposit".
FYI: I cannot reverse via Online Banking nor the APP.

05 Jan 2021, 12:35After receiving multiple "high priority" messages, and various emails, I still have NOT received any feedback in regards to my enquiry.
This is pathetic to say the least.
This is my bank account and I should have full authority over it and NOT other entities.
How can you help me? Give me BACK the authority, allowing me to REVERSE DEBIT ORDERS.
Either do this or I will migrate all accounts to another ****in bank!
