FNB - Reversal dispute

What the hell we cannot reverse our debit order even though the account has been paid FNB wants us to apply for a COVID relief ... I swear I will take this to the papers as this is really not in the interest of the client what happened to TCF and the national consumers act u guys are making millions the poor are destitute due to job loss and u want us to go further in debt I want my money reversed... and No your app does not work, your consultants cannot assist your secure message does not help and cellphone banking.. Why did you remove the reversal facility you have lost so many clients during this period I stayed loyal but FNB cannot assist pathetic
