FNB RETURN DEBIT ORDER DESPITE FUNDS BEING AVAILABLE AND THEN BILL ME FOR RD!!!!!!! DISGUSTING TREATMENT FROM PRIVATE WEALTH!

A debit order came off my account last night and was returned, which FNB billed me for, despite the fact that there were FUNDS AVAILABLE. The consultant at the private wealth suite Sibongiseni was the LEAST helpful person I have ever encountered. FNB WHY AM I BEING BILLED AND MY DEBITS RETURNED WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE?

And then you still bill me for an R/D BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEMS ARE BEHIND? Disgusting service from private wealth, and the representing consultant.
