FNB - Retrenchment Cover Fails Me

On the 18th May 2019 my mortgage protection retrenchment claim was approved and put into place for my FNB bond, they have been paying for the past 6 months - i was then never told that i had to resubmit for further assistance after the 6 months which i then did, sent through my affidavit and relevant douments received an sms to state that the bond account will be paid for the next 6 months, however its not been paid for the past month and i am having to contact fnb insurance on a daily basis to ask them to pay the home loan as i am being impacted negetavily with this home loan not being paid.. to date this is still not paid and i am being contacted every day from Home Loans department asking for the payment. This is totally unnacceptable i have followed all the correct steps to getting assistance from insurance and this is what i must go through. DO YOUR JOB SOMEBODY
