Fnb retirement annuity

Hi

I recently opened a retirement annuity with fnb. The date to debit my account for the premium was on the 25 February 2022.

I now see that the debit order has now gone off my account on the 25 February 2022.

The retirement annuity shows R0.. Please Explain..
