FNB Retail Loans / Personal Loans / Credit Card Departments -Service terrible

August 2024 will be a year since I first started communicating with FNB about my husband's situation. I have received letters from attorneys, messages that they have been attempting to reach him numerous times. I have e-mail the relevant documentation to FNB on numerous occasions to every singel e-mail address I have available. I have made complaints against FNB on numerous occasions because of the way their agents have treated me when I did attempt to talk to them. The fact is, my husband is in jail. He will be released in 9 years if all goes well, if not, only in 18years. I have sent them the relevant documentation. So before running to attorneys and debt collectors, please read your e-mails. He is not ignoring you, he is in jail. You can phone him every single day. He will not be able to answer his phone. He is in jail. I do not know how to make it any more clear than this.
