FNB restricts gaming platform. Indicates it is gambling,

Hi.

I am writing this after speaking with a agent on the online banking app. I wanted to make a purchase on a gaming platform called Origin, which is owned by Electronic Arts. I have been able to purchase prior to this week and am subscribed to them on a monthly basis.

Tonight i want to purchase something and now it does not authorise my card.

After querying with the agent, i was told it has been restricted because it is a gambling site. Which is wrong. A person purchases games on the website.

How is this allowed, surely i am allowed to spend my money how i see fit? I am really disappointed with this as this is the 2nd time this has happened in my time banking with FNB.

Kindly assist?
