FNB Restriction without prior communication

It's my Mother's payday today her account is blocked due to Misconduct (having overdrawn from the account guess what she has been experiencing financial strain on the side newly diagnosed CVA(Stroke) how is she gonna be when I tell her the account is blocked and all that . No email or calls made prior to the restriction no FNB you can do better please intervene and rectify this or the old lady will succumbed to death ..
