FNB response time and providing information

FNB service and support to me in getting refund on money they owe me has been pathetic No reply on emails, no telephone numbers in their email signature? Telling me lies; saying that the Finance department will transfer the money, then we queried about payment, reverting back saying it is now sent for signature.
