FNB response time

Although I love this bank I have found their response on their COVID loan to be appalling! I got told a settlement amount on my loan which I settled on the 16th September and this account remains unclosed. Every time I try and interact I get told to wait 3 - 5 business days for a response and now I look again and there's another settlement amount. I'm desperately trying to close it!
