FNB Response Incomplete:42 Months Based on What Monthly Debit & where is Options for payment requested?

FNB, please urgently clarify: You have confirmed my Revolving Loan balance is R47,078.36 with 42 payments remaining. How did FNB arrive at 42 payments and what monthly instalment are you using for this calculation? I was previously advised that my agreed payment was R1399.20 and I have been paying more than this for over 7 months now. Please explain the calculation and confirm the correct monthly instalment? I continue using Hello Peter because it is currently the only channel where I receive an urgent response from FNB. When I email Personal Loans directly, my query is repeatedly referred from one consultant to another, with each response advising that I will be contacted within 5 days, yet I still do not receive a clear answer to the actual question. I am simply asking FNB for clear and accurate information about my Revolving Loan and I should not have to repeatedly escalate the same matter just to get a straightforward answer.

FNB, thanks for confirming R12633.00 Arrears paid up.Please provide the exact monthly deduction applicable to the 42 remaining months, as this was not provided in your email. You confirmed my outstanding balance and 42 payments remaining, but failed to explain the monthly instalment used to arrive at this calculation.I continue using HelloPeter because I receive urgent responses here.When I contact Personal Loans via email, my query is repeatedly forwarded between different consultants with no clear answer to the actual question. ***NF
