FNB resolving loan, not being closed and deleted.

My FNB revolving loan were settled more than a year ago, and I've been trying to close and delete this account off my FNB app and get it removed from all credit statuses on all platform. I've been denied car finance and a credit bank, at my own bank FNB, due to this open account. Every time I phone, they say will be closed with in 48 hours, now almost a year and a half later. So frustrated. FNB, please contact my urgently, to avoid daily complaints untill this is resolved.
