FNB Resolution to Complaint

I had an initial unfortunate experience with FNB to which I had reported, I will admit after posting the review FNB was extremely quick to investigate the entire process and have the consultant call me back to clarify the issue that had occurred, it was a simple misunderstanding and everything cleared up.
