FNB Resolution Investigation - IS A **** it's self!!

BELOW IS AN EMAIL THAT MY HUSBAND SENT TO FNB regarding his *****case, dated: January 11, 2024... After numerous calls, private client chats etc. TO DATE, we have no resolution.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of communication and progress in the ***** case that was opened on the 19th of November 2023.

Despite my continuous efforts to follow up on the matter, I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution from FNB. Each time I enquire, I am informed about escalations that are supposed to take 24 - 48 hours, but unfortunately, no tangible results have been forthcoming.

I must emphasize the urgency of this situation, as the funds in question are marked for my children's education, especially with the schools reopening next week. The delay in resolving this matter is causing distress, and it is disheartening to feel that my concerns are not receiving the attention they deserve.

As a loyal client, I am reaching out in the hope that you can accelerate the resolution process and provide me with a comprehensive update on the status of my case. The lack of communication and action on FNB’s part is deeply concerning.
