FNB RESERVED MAKRO PAYMENT ONLY SHOWN AS NEGATIVE AFTER 24 DAYS

I transacted at Makro on the 3rd of March for an amount of 3714.00 and it was reserved in the pending transactions only on the 27th of March, FNB sends me an SMS that the transactions of Makro has been processed. The amount that was deducted from the Balance and reserved for pending transactions where did it go to because now my account is in negative
