FNB reserved Funds issue

This afternoon I got a shock to realize funds have been reserved on my FNB savings account, in an attempt to understand why two consultants I spoke to hung up on me. Worse I now don’t even have funds to buy the very airtime I need to resolve the issue, Then my Banker’s phone is off and he/she doesn’t respond to my emails Pathetic service at best amidst challenging times for some of us!!!
