FNB Reserve Funds for no reason due to “*****”

Pilani Makusheni (***) has placed a hold on my account in 2022 with no apparent reason and she is impossible to get hold of in order to release the funds. John Wolmink is also an apparent ghost with funds reserved from 2021 with numerous callback requests and still not getting hold of him in order to query the suspected *****. No attempt from FNB to contact me in any way to inform me of the two holds placed on my account. You then have to phone and hold for hours as the so called personal banker cannot even assist.
