FNB requires court order but no case against me

i just cant stop complaining about fnb their service is so unprofessional. on 2017 june 02 i have traded online with a user on a platform called localbitcoin, i was selling bitcoins online to another person and i have requested verification documents from him before he pays to prevent third party payment.

so he paid me the amount of R150000.00 then i have released to him bitcoins worth R150000.00. then suddenly my account was on hold,

i went to FNB branches and called them but they keep telling me to wait for a call they have escalated the issue, so from 2017 till today my account is locked.on 2017 i had contact from a fnb investigator called samantha triegaadt then she also told me to wait till the her number was totally disconnected

then i wrote a complain here then i got a reply from afnb finally on 2020april niw they asked me for documents fir bitcoin sale then i provided to them then they told me to wait for review.

now after the review they tell me to obtain a court order. what i dont understand is that why should i provide a court order because the person i sold my bitcoin is available and he has no case open against me. this is very wrong because the person has paid me for my goods and i received the funds. fnb keeps on making demands on me about things to do yet they takr monthly charges in my account.

i am starting to think that FNB is a **** because its not fair for me to obtain court order while there is no police case open against me and i do not appreciate the fnb forensic investigation methods because i have no case open against me of any kind and i want my account opened this is fnb service is so disgusting to us as foreigners because when we receive money we have to go to courts. i will rather sue FNB for stopping my life than waisting my time on court orders i do not understand this is foolish i need my account open
