FNB requesting a 15 year old's Tax Information

I opened a FNB Y Transact / Savings account for my son beginning of March. Firstly, FNB misspelled his name on the account and I don't seem to be able to get this rectified through them.

The worst of all is, my son is 15 Years old and not a Tax paying citizen, as he is still at school, but I have up to date received 8 mails from FNB requesting for tax information. I have filled these forms and have phoned FNB multiple times. They state that this is sorted, but then a while later I recieve another mail stating that they need the same information again with regards to his Tax Information.

He is not paying Tax in South Africa or any other country, as he is 15Years old and still in School. He does not receive any income at all. I don't seem to get this sorted out through FNB and this is actually quite ridiculous.
