FNB Representative not re-instating my policy and they not calling back to give me feedback on my Policy

I have been calling FNB since January 2024,to help me reinstate my Law on Call policy .Non of the staff called me to inform me that it is elapsing. When I called , I got hold of the FNB Representatives , they promise to speak to their Supervisor to reinstate the Policy , however they don't give me feedback if ,it has already been re-instated. I have called over 4 times already since January. I am pleading with FNB to activate my policy as we have Transactions that are ongoing in the policy.
