FNB repoting wrong things to the credit bearaux

I have been asking FNB to update credit bureau without success. On the credit report it shows that I owe them 2500 although the account is up to date. I do not have any revolving loan or overdraft or personal loan or credit card with them. I cant have the bureau update because they want a paid up letter, which I cannot even get from FNB, I am disappointed.
