FNB REPEATS DEBIT ORDER'S

I HAVE A LOAN WITH FNB AND MY DEBIT ORDER DATE IS ON THE 29TH OF EACH MONTH, THIS MONTH THEY DECIDED TO TAKE THE MONEY ON THE 26TH, NOW I CAN'T PAY THE REST OF MY ACCOUNTS SINCE THERE IS ALREADY A PREPAID AMOUNT OF OVER A R1000 ON THIS ACCOUNT, AND NOW THEY WON'T REVERSE THE PAYMENT THAT THEY TOOK !!! SO BASICALLY THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OF TWICE THEY ARE *********** IDIOTS !!
