FNB Renew - NON EXISTENT SERVICE

Pathetic service from FNB Renew. This is my 1st attempt using the policy and the service received is non- existent!!! 3 emails have been sent to *** and only 1 reply was received for the 1st email. That too, the responder did not bother to read the email properly and requested the same details which were already in that email. No further communication received. Nobody is interested in assisting with the claim process. FNB is too happy to deduct the monthly premiums but provide no service for the product I'm paying for. It's very disappointing, knowing that I have many accounts with FNB and FNB does not value their customers business.
