FNB - rename Last National Bank

-10 Stars for FNB Business Banking. FNB should change their name to Last National Bank as it is the absolutely last bank you should select for business banking.

We respond to tenders in Africa. Most of these tenders require a bid security. The department in FNB who needs to assist you are non existing. 2 months and various iterations later and still no bond. Needless to say that we have been disqualified as we were unabel to submit the required bid security. They are very quick to however debit your bank with charges for a bond that was issued with the incorrect expiry date.
