FNB "RELIEF" PROGRAM FOR COVID 19 - AKA LOAN SHARKS

Hi,

As we all know, Covid-19 has hit South Africa and many of us have experienced financial strain in the form of salary cuts, retrenchment etc. Additionally, like myself i have fallen i'll and I am currently hospitilized.

I have since reached out to FNB Bank to assist financially during this time, i have been greatly dissapointed.

FNB's Covid-19 relief program is basically a loan at low interest rates. As a banking institution to "help" your customers during this time, you dont offer payment holidays where as your counterparts do but instead offer to put your clients in further debt so that once this has passed you can in turn collect more interest from us.

I have been a FNB loyal customer for years, for this reason alone, as soon as possible, i will no longer bank with FNB unless their "relief" options change and are in line with other banking institutions.
