FNB releasing blocked debit orders every month, resulting in charges! Useless blocking system!!!

On 23 March 2020, I called FNB for the 2nd time regarding the reversal and blocking of a debit order processed unauthorised by Afrihost. I even undertook to pay the applicable charge for Afrihost not to be allowed to process any future debit orders on my account as they have been willy nilly submiting unauthorised debit orders! I have raised the issue with them and clearly they do not listen hence I have asked FNB to block them! This morning I saw an amount coming via debit order from Afrihost for R827 which is incorrect and should have been blocked? Why is FNB still letting these people submit debit orders on my account? Why did they block them as per they said they would charge me for? Why must I keep being charged by FNB each month for these unauthorised debit orders??? This is ridiculous!!!
