FNB Relationships Center, Totally Pathetic

When I was in a process of purchasing my first property, I got approval from FNB & I was told by a representative of FNB that, should I bank with them I would get a reduction on my interest rate. Needless to say that I agreed to their terms & moved to FNB & my salary was deposited to my FNB bank account. It has been over a year since I started paying instalments towards the bond & no interest reduction has been implemented. My question to FNB, is this a ploy to attract clients to your bank with you? To stoop so low that when communication is made to your relationship center that they do not even bother to reply to e-mails sent to them. How can a relationship be maintained between FNB & clients when your center does not respond. It has been over two weeks since communication was made to your relationships center & nothing has been done. I was promised that they would reply after 48 hours & nothing has been done. This is pathetic
