FNB Rejects Refugees Applications

I have truly came to realise that when you are not seen as part of the peoples even a query will never be resolved because we are not valued, not even among minorities.

FNB sent me a message that the Complaint was seen and a reference number shared via mail but they never proceeded as to what could be the solution to my case.

If they can’t finance me because I am a refugee then why have us under their wings when we need to manage our salaries and finances. But when we ask in return we are reminded that we are refugees.

Just for the fact that Asylum holders have right to socio economic rights and so they should be provided with financial assistance as every other citizens.

All I need is to be given clarity as to why am I not granted finances if I am having all my documents in order, and I also have the bank account where all my transactions happens in your hands.

So if you can accept my documents and help me register my business and private account why not give me the finances?
