FNB Rejecting my application without any reason.

Everytime I apply for Finance with FNB it get rejected without a proper reasoning but all other banks approve my application, The problem is I bank with FNB and it is private banking, why is everyone approving my application but not FNB, what is the purpose of Banking with FNB.
