FNB REGISTERED A DEBIT ORDER MANDATE (MYWAYCOLLE) ON THE 03/09/2025, WHICH I HAVE REJECTED ON THE 02/09/2025

Hi, my name is John Mafuyeka ID number ***, CelI phone number ***. I had an agreement with miway to ensure my cars, switching from Outsurance, promising low premium and better cover amount. They sent a debit order mandate, different higher premium from the agreed telephonic. A mandate debit order was sent to my FNB app for approval on the 02/09/2025 and I rejected it. On the 03/09/2025 FNB emailed a registered mandate debit order ( MYWAYCOLLE) REGISTERED without my permission.
