FNB refusing to stop Telkom and reverse debit order
Every few months, Telkom simply debits my business account, despite 3 years having passed since I cancelled my contract. I have pleaded with FNB to stop Telkom from debiting me, but they keep allowing it.
I was billed again on 16 Jan and logged a dispute with FNB and nothing has happened since then. Now, imagine if telkom bills a million people R2000 every month. Talk about cashflow.
Can someone please stop this BS.

03 Feb 2021, 10:25FNB are refusing to listen and pay attention. This is not a debit order or a contract. This is simply Telkom grabbing money from my account every 3 to 4 months. I have sent FNB proof that the contract was terminated 3 years ago, along with an email from Telkom stating the account was closed and paid in full. FNB simply shrug their shoulders
