FNB refusing to stop Debicheck mandate >R200 - Giving wrong info

FNB is refusing to suspend my Debicheck for FTI Ref: Pm8@intdeb620244. Amount is R400 - OVER R200.

I chatted on app and agent "Timothy" told me to go to FTI. This is WRONG per Debicheck rules. I then emailed FNBCC with NCR case ***-1 attached and got no resolution.

FNB must suspend it from their side as I am the account holder. I have proof of both statements showing R352.96 in fees.

I need: 1. Immediate stop-order reference number 2. Written confirmation the mandate is suspended
