FNB Refusing to reverse unauthorized debit orders

FNB is letting service providers debit our money during these trying times and they are refusing to reverse debit orders that we didnt authorize. They implemented this thing without even Consulting us. When you go to their incontact service to log a a dispute you are told you are number 1000 on the queue their Consultants also hang up on you claiming to transfer you to the relevant department. THEY are claiming they are unable to reverse debit orders. I AM done with this bank they are supposed to acting in my best interest but have failed. HOW can money go off my account when i repeatedly declined the mandate for the debit to go through. THIS is ridiculous i'm changing banks this month.
