FNB refusing to return funds.

On the 4th July 2020, I transferred R2500 from my saving pocket to what i thought was my FNB premier account, only to find that it was sent to an account which I have no access. I have been calling FNB regarding this the whole week only to be sent from pillar to post. I have recently been retrenched and cannot afford to lose this amount of money.
