FNB refusing to refund me

Good day this morning since 04:20 been speaking to an agent called Maanda to assist with logging a dispute he or she has been even now he been asking me the same question. I want to log a dispute of R40*3 of transaction that was suppose to be stopped but they were never stopped. He wasted 40 minutes of my time asking me the same question and he refused to assist me with this inquiry. Can someone please assist with this because clearly Maanda Machaba refuses to assist me. Secondly have been waiting on feedback on amount that debited in my account 16/04 according to you guys it was charged 27/03 but as I stated that I don’t know anything on this transaction still waiting for my refund
