FNB refusing to provide SARS requested IT3B
Terrible experience with FNB, would advise against using them for serious investment and estates. We requested my late mothers IT3B nearly a full month ago and they are refusing to provide it. Escalated to Ralton Leach and Arnold Romain and then Rekha Chetty. Still no joy. I closed my accounts with them several years ago due to shoddy service and new see I was fully justified.

27 Feb 2025, 17:05Not resolved at all, It takes them 31 working days just to issue a response, not even the certificate! Apparently they have too much case load and not sufficient people to manage it. Sounds like they really cant handle this sort of work!
