FNB refusing to pay me one thousand rand debit (Dbanj) that doesn't make sense

I'm an FNB account holder, in March I withdrew Money(R1000) using Standard bank then I struggled taking that money out from atm slot n it reversed back to the machine I collected the slip, I went n report the incident at FNB then I filled form where they'll reverse my money they did so a month later,, two weeks back (july) they took my money the very same amount in my bank n I went to FNB be now they giving me stories, they do not guarantee if I will have my money or not
