Fnb refusing to let me pay my bond

I still cant transfer funds into my bond. It's been two weeks.

Last week I reached out for assistance and was refused help by premier support.

I was promised a response by the complaint resolution centre but still nothing.

Do you not want me to pay off my bond? Is paying a 3rd of my bond in one year tooo much ?
