Fnb refusing to insure our 2nd bond

I wrote a complaint about how FNB is refusing to insure our 2nd bond with them.I received an email that my complaint was high priority and I would receive a call.I got an email asking for account number which I provided twice and to date no one has called us.We just want to insure our bond what is complicated about that.
