FNB refusing to handover my title deed

I settled my home loan account with FNB in October last year and immediately requested my title deed sad to say 10 month later FNB has still not handed over my title deed. I lodged a complaint in April and they only responded then then their attorney disappeared till today.

Does it pain you so much that I saved on interest that you don’t want to give me my title deed?

It’s really sad that almost a year later I am still denied my tittle deed.

FNB will only react on the day they receive a query and leave you hanging, I am now convinced that you work with your appointed attorneys to deny us our tittle deed, so sad that I moved my other home loan account from Nedbank to FNB, clearly I will experience the same pain when I have to get my title deed.

If your attorneys are failing, get me once to send their invoice I will pay and get my title deed please.

Stop being an enemy of success.

Finally got my invoice from the attorneys and paid immediately.
The invoice included postal fees for my tittle deed, now I get a response from FNB consultant that I must call the attorneys and arrange how I will collect my tittle deed, what on earth was the postal fees for?

I honestly cannot stand FNB conduct and behaviour anymore, had I known that this is how your clients are treated after settling their bonds I was never going to get a second bond with you never.

The stress and frustration is definitely not worth it
