FNB refusing to downgrade my private clients account.

I have been trying since October to downgrade my private clients account with FNB. They keep telling me that one of their people has to call me to do the downgrade. They called once while I was driving and I asked them to call me back in 10min but they never did. I call the private clients service center every week asking when my request will be processed and get the same response, that my request has been prioritised, but I still have not received a call. You make it so easy to upgrade to private clients yet make downgrading impossible, this poor service even with Private banking is exactly why I left the bank. I'd give them no stars if I could.
