FNB refusing to close my business account

I have been trying to close mu business account and have been taken from one consultant to the next when I call. I have sent an email to my banker with no luck.

I even have proof of the email where they told me to wait as the merchant's money has to clear.

I called today I was told to deposit R80. I did. Then- I was told to deposit R180.

They call it the best buiness bank. Is it really?
