FNB REFUSING TO CLOSE MY ASPIRE ACCOUNT

I have been trying to close my Aspire account since FEB 2026.I paid all interest and account fees. I went to Maponya and Sandton branch, called customer care and texted the secure chat but no one is assisting. I don't want this account anymore. What do i have to do for FNB TO CLOSE MY AC****
