FNB REFUSING TO CLOSE MT ACCOUNT

I tried closing my account *** no one is helping with this is pathetic and my banker is useless. I have been requesting this bank to be closed for weeks still everyone keeps on saying they escalating but no feedback FNB Call Reference number is Rs***. FNB :-) Your Call Reference number is Rk***. My banker, even advisor, and Tlhogi from the branch h escalated this but we did not get feedback from Cardauthaurisation. if this is the type of customer service you giving to your customer then I do not wanna be part of this anymore I want that account closed today OR I'm taking legal route
