FNB Refusing tempory loan

Good day

Very disapointed in the service or should I say no service at FNB.

We ( me and my fiance), take a tempory loan every month. Reason being that he receives salary on two dates, small amount on 1st and rest of his salary on the 5th, however we need to pay our rent and certain accounts on rhe 1st.

So every month we take the tempory loan to cover expenses until the 5th. However every few months FNB refuse us the tempory loan. We do know that the bank is under no obligation to loan us money. However this is a short time loan, and very necesary.

Never have we payed late on this loan. So why does FNB all of a sudden refuse him? ( this loan is on his account, and not even a third of his income).

This refusal put us in a bad spot as our land lord sees us as bad payers of our rent.

Please can we solve this matter permanently, as it is very embarrasing.

FNB is incompitent in this matter, please solve this.
