FNB REFUSING PAYMENT HOLIDAY

I tried interacting with FNB numerous times requesting for a payment relief. I have sent an email but no response. I was told by their consultant for FNB to assist .e I need to skip payments. How do you skip payments when you try to keep your credit record in order.

What steps can I take for me to be granted payment holiday on a loan
