FNB refusing payment from Visa card, and support has gone dark

First FNB denied a visa card payment without reason. Visa card is paid up, positive balance! When I phone the number on the back of the credit card they were unable to assist me without me going into the branch. Seems we're going backward, not forward with FNB. Now they refuse to respond to my queries. And refuse to resolve this payment issue.
