Fnb refusing me access to my account

Am Mfezeko Sodawe my issue is I was recently arrested. Now with me in custody I sent a friend to withdraw money, he blocked the card. With the card being blocked then disabled the app to use online banking and get my otp on the email instead. This worked for a while but the online banking was blocked as well shutting me out of my profile completely. When I tried to call they said I need to go to the the branch for verification, I can't order a card I can't do nothing. Problem is am in jail how do I go to the branch no, way. The cellphone verification can't work because they say I did sim swap. While I can't do anything on my account they FNB make sure they take their money every month. I just want to to order a new card and be able to use my profiles again. But no one can help me at FNB. My kids are hungry, family is hungry because this bank is so selfish.
