FNB refusing access to account due to expired physical card

My credit card expired on the 31st of May 2024. I have a virtual credit card that is still active and expires in 2028. Since my card expired FNB has blocked use of my credit card, transfer to and from, subscriptions that go off on my credit card however seems to have access to deduct declined fees from the money that is in the credit card but is refusing me to use the money in that card. If I can use that money and my subscriptions can not go through how is it possible that FNB can deduct money for “failed transactions” that did not fail due to funds but failed because FNB has blocked use of the account except for when they want to ***** money.
