FNB refuses with my money

I recently mistakenly deposited R10 000 into a wrong FNB account, I app**** for my money to be returned into my account. FNB **** to my bank that the account holder refused to give permission. I went with the account holder to the FNB branch in Wonderpark, still FNB refused to return my money.
